I booked tour for Kashmir - Vaishnodevi which was supposed to depart from 7th May 23. On 3rd May Go air cancelled all their flights. I immediately reach out to Kesari team about next course of action and sent them multiple emails with reminders. But no one from Kesari Tour side responded and customer care just said "please wait our meeting is going on. And on 6th May some one from Kesari called me and updated that your tour is been cancelled. But if you want to go then you can book your own air tickets. This was 11th hour decision for me and i was not in a position to book ticket. When i asked on 3rd May then Kesari said wait and dont do anything, we are checking and updating you.
Now Its 15th May and daily i am sending email about my money to refund but there is no communication. I am demanding below
1. Booked air ticket invoice and its PNR number. Because i wanted to see if Kesari really booked air ticket on my behalf.
2. Apart From Air ticket Kesari is not talking about remaining balance and when i will receive that. They just publish one common 3 page disclaimer in that they are mentioning 50% deduction of amount.
We haven't received any service and they are not picking our phone and neither responding our emails. This is purely unethical and unprofessional business by Kesari tours.
I email to Kesari owner Mr. Shailesh patil ([protected]@kesari.in) but he also not responding. When call to Kesari customer care they dont have any info.
I am raising this complaint by hoping i will get some quick resolution because its a feeling like Cheated by Kesari. Need someone to help here.
