No response to my inquiry

I made a formal polite and professional inquiry about a specific trip.
At present it does not exist but Kesari Tours may find it interesting to plan such a trip.
I thought higher ups in that company may be interested and I also expressed my interest in the same.
I also visited an office of Kesari Tours and made inquiry about it.
Sad part is I was not much attended and entertained.

Unethical business practice and financial fraud

Kesari Tour... We have booked kesri Tour for Kashmir Destination for 10 people.. paid all the money total 6.2 lacs in the month of feb23 itself ...

Now to days before of trip they are demanding more 47k per head (Total of 470, 000 to continue this trip... Or threatening to cancel themselves and paid only 15k refund...

Not ready to provide any other solution or adjusting tour dates or locations which we are ready...

Pathetic experience with tour leader Mr Bipin Sawant

My mother, Mrs Shobha Sangar and I, Ms Vinita Sangar had enrolled for Dubai Tour which commenced on 3rd Jan, 2022. As per the travel guidelines for international flights, we had taken a RT PCR test on 1st Jan, 2022 which turned out to be negative. Refund settlement not paid

As desired in the options provided by Ms. Shweta-BranchIncharge, Mumbai, we have confirmed our choice and mailed her accordingly on May 05, 2021, for the final refund settlement of our tour deposit advance that was paid over a year ago. We are to get back Rs. 2, 89, 959/- after the mandatory deduction as prescribed by her.

Undue holding back of legitimate refund

We had booked for 7 days Japan tour starting from April 01, 2020. Anticipating that it will not be possible for us join this tour due pandemic, we took early action of cancelling our tour program as early as in second week of February, 2020. We agreed for cancellation charges as per terms and conditions which we accepted at the time of booking. All formalities wrt refund were completed. However till date we have not received our refund ....

First of all i have given a brief feedback and based on same got a call from to listen in.

But i felt the need to have something in written which is more of value to me..

1) i have been part of kesari tours since 2008 so.. Its been 11 years now and it was because of the hospitality...

Thief unethical fraudulent company

Facing lot of issues, just mentioning the dire one here -

Booking a local trip from geneva to leukerbad with private transfer we got a commitment on mail with confirmed total cost of the trip.

Due to some internal issues of kesari with the swiss agent kesari has suddenly called to cancel the tour making a deduction of 300 euro.br...

non refund of tour cancelled by Kesari tours

Hi,

I aunty has booked the package for his brother 25 wedding anniversary with all her late husband PF money. Now on the day on party his brother slipped and was hospitalized got hurt on back and got operated as well. Now he is not allowed to travel too far. We asked to refund as its huge amount and no in our familes can afford to go. My aunty wanted make his brother in law special used her savings. She is widow and thats her fard earned money we are requesting Kesari tour & travel to refund the money they already have deducted money due cancellation fine.. but they give spare money. See they all are senior citizens in the family. My aunt stays alone with mother-in law that money will help for her. Please helps us in this matter its been months and months now.     We did Dalhausi Dharamshala Amritsar Tour on 1st June 23. We were 8 members. We paid full amount to kesari including airfare. Then before few days of tour we are asked to book air ticket by our own as go air airline had cancelled all its flights. We have been told that airline refund will return to us soon.
    It's almost 6 months passed...we are waiting for the refund!!!

      We were not having much time to research and thought kesari will do it for us, we payed double the trip amount and booked kesari customized package. But what we experienced was kesari is just an agent who is just worried about saving their money and not customer experience.

      They charged me more than 1 lakh for the package. Initially they were supposed to book the flights, as they were mentioning high charges - i have to jump and book the flights on time. Later, they mentioned some resorts and we waited for confirmation till one day before the trip. And one day before the trip, you mention that they got bad feedback from the customers and want to change the resorts. You want me to verify the reviews and photos online for the resorts you mention.. that too one day before the trip.

      One question here: Don't you verify the resorts you are booking, are you dependent on customer reviews? Are you making your customers work for you?
      I just do not understand what you are charging your customers for.

      The resort which you have booked for us in Nainital was so cheap, old property, unhygienic, lot of insects, mosquitos and flies. And even the location was not proper.
      Due to which our 2 days of trip got spoiled, my kid suffered from food poisoning. Till now she is not feeling well.

      The jeep safari which was not even 4000 Rs was charged with 7500 for us and the zone which was booked doesn't even have any animals, not even deers. As per them, the zone selected was not correct.

      This has been a very disappointing and bad experience after spending so much. I am looking for refund as such disappointing trip doesn't worth this much expense.

          Dear Sir,
          Sub:-Grievances -no clarity on the information provided-step brother treatment with guests-

          I Pradeep G. Sane, I.R.S., Assistant Commissioner (Retd) from Customs & Central Excise Department residing at Raipur (Chhattisgarh), and presently legal consultant of Taxation matters of same department. That I am a Regular customer of your esteemed organisation ‘Kesari” and in past did two tours of Kerala and Singapore Malaysia. As I was interested to do the ‘Chardham’ yatra o[censored]ttrakhand, through your company, accordingly I contacted/searched the details from your company’s sight as well from your Bhilai’s agent namely ‘Welcome Tours and Services’. After going through the itinerary of tour code ‘01 170523 Uttaranchal Chardham’ it was found to be as per my choice, therefore, I confirmed my booking by paying amount as intimated. But before start of tour and during tour following major irreparable irregularities had been noticed resulting which I lost my faith from company as detailed herein under-
          1. As per the programme given in the itinerary the guest were required to assemble at Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway station (outside platform No.1, Near Amul Cold drink shop at 11 AM. (For guest coming directly to Dehradun by flight, they shall be collected from Dehradun Air port). Accordingly I booked my Air tickets from Raipur to Delhi for 17.05.2023 by morning flight. But two day before the departure date i.e. 17.05.23, I received a call from one shri Pradeep Savant who apprised me that he is the tour Manager for this programme and straight way directed that you must report to Dehradun Air port on 17.5.2023. I was very much shocked and totally disturbed through the amendment as there is no direct flight from Raipur to Dehradun. In such event there was only option left with me either to cancel the already booked flight thickets or go for fresh Air tickets from Raipur to Dehradun (Via Delhi or Mumbai), resulting huge loss of money. I appraised this situation over phone to shri Pradeep Savant, but he failed to sort out this solvable problem. Resulting which on reaching to Delhi, I booked a Cab from Delhi to Haridwar and made payment of Rs.6500/-from own pocket.
          1.1 Since as per itinerary I was to report at Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway station only, the extra expenses incurred for reaching to Haridwar as well as expenses incurred during transit are liable to be reimbursed by the company as has been done in case of one other Guests of same tour.
          2. It is on record that as per the informed programme there was one night stay at Shri Kedarnath on 23.05.2023, but on reaching to Sitapur it was informed that there are no arrangement for night stay at Kedarnath, therefore the Guests are required either to come back to Sitapur on same day or if they desire to stay there (forced stay due to climatic condition), they should make their own arrangement of stay and food at their cost. Resultantly I was forced to make payment for stay as well as for Dinner for myself and my wife. Hence the expenses incurred are also liable to be reimbursed by the company as has been done in other cases of same tour.
          Sir, looking to the aforsaid step brother treatment with me and favour given to other guests, I am very much disturbed with the attitude of the company which gave me mental agony and distress resulting which I could not get full enjoyment during entire tour as such attitude hurt me as well as to my wife very deeply. Such irresponsible, inattentive, unobservant and uncooperative attitude of the company may cause heavy damage and loss to such a reputed company and lose faith of Public as they failed to maintain public’s faith from the attitude adopted. It is therefore expected that such sort of favored treatment to some Guest and step brothers treatment to some another guests should not repeated in future.
          I know the names of guests (of this tour only) to whom special treatment (reimbursement of expenses) had been given as well as names with whom such step brother’s treatment was made/done.
          In view of the above it is requested to take suitable necessary action in the matter which must be sort out immediately and outcome of it may please be informed to me within 15 days.
          Once again I reiterate that such non cooperative attitude and step brother’s treatment particularly with the senior citizens and special treatment with the favored Guest may damage the image/reputation of the reputed company. The aforsaid attitude/treatment may give a heavy irrevocable damage to company if it is brought to the notice of players of similar trade, Media as well as to other concerned.
          Once upon a time Kesari was one of the most reliable tour operators. But now they have become unreliable tour operators. They are loosing their valuable customers by their unprofessional behavior. This dishonest behavior from a reputed firm like Kesari tours is totally unacceptable. There is no clarity on the information they provide.
          I feel that your organisation may take this issue very seriously and resolve the problem. I am ready to have a detailed conversession over my phones (91 [protected] or 91 [protected]) if desires. The undersigned assure for all co-operation in the matter.

            Departure Date : June 25, 2023 - July 1, 2023. I have paid Rs 128100 by cheque on 11th April 2023. On 21-May-2021 they are called and told that the flights they booked with Go first Airlines are cancelled and they will do refresh booking with indigo flights and need to pay 51000 per head means 102000 for two person. They are not doing any written communication. They have not taken my concern before booking flights. Now I am not having any money to pay. so asked them complete refund. But they are not answering me. Please I also sent mail I would like to inform you that as a handicap and single lady, I will not be able to pay extra money but no answer given. Please help me to get my refund back

              Hi Guys,
              I have booked a tour with kesari tours on 25 june 2023 for leh Ladakh. They told they booked go first flights which is cancelled so they are rebooking with indigo and asking 50000 per head extra. I can't afford this extra air fare.
              Also go first is not yet cancelled flights after 26 may. I am not sure whether Kesari is cheating.
              I would like to inform you that as a handicap and single lady, I will not be able to book flight tickets on my own. The reason for selecting Kesari is due to its good customer service and empathy towards customers.I am a single earning handicap woman so I will not be able to pay extra money . So If kesari can take me on the NK2506P3 tour on[protected] as decided then it's fine with me, otherwise Kesari should return all my money .

                Dear Sir,

                We book this tour because of previous Shimla -Manali tour experience was great . But in this above Mussoorie - Nainital - Jim Corbett tour dated 07.05.2023 to 14.05.2023 not up to the Mark.

                1. There was leakage to AC in Bus and water was continuously following from AC on the seat. But the issue was not resolved till the end of tour.
                2. Hotel Declared for Mussoorie and Jim Corbett was changed . Changed Hotel at Mussoorie was not upto the mark .
                3. Journey for Rani Khet is very long and very tired some journey . However after reaching the spot only few minutes were assign by the Kesari to enjoy the scenery of the spot which made tourist dis appointed .
                4. We opted for LAN Package in which four families with three members each. Were in Vehicle. However while assigning rooms at Hotel Royal HERITAGE Nainital . Families at Serial Number One Two and Four along with Air to Air tour members of Kesari were assigned rooms in front location of Hotel and we being serial number three were assign room at back side of the Hotel in extended rooms next to storage room. Only two aged couples were at the backside of the Hotel. After complaining tour manager about the same, next day he allotted room in front side. Kindly clarify why room numbers were not allotted as per sequence.
                5. While going Jungal Safari out of 30 members of Kesari Tour all were issued Gate Pass as per their family members and our family was splitted in two different vehicles i.e. My self in one Vehicle and My wife and Son in another vehicle. Rest of all families were together in One Vehicle. We being 4 families of LAN Package ( 3 Members each ) could have been adjusted in two vehicles ( 6 members in each Vehicle ) but it was not done.
                The Gate pass must have been issued by forest authorities as per the list given by Tour Manager in which our family was not kept combine. How any member can enjoy jungle Safari of nearly three hours without his family members.
                6. We have not receive Hard copy of Group Photo which we had received during Simla Kullu Manali Trip. Even soft copy of the Group photo of this tour (N6070523/2 ) is not receive till this time.

                These suggestions are given to bring improvement in services of KESARI up to the satisfaction of Customer .

                An early reply is expected .

                  I booked tour for Kashmir - Vaishnodevi which was supposed to depart from 7th May 23. On 3rd May Go air cancelled all their flights. I immediately reach out to Kesari team about next course of action and sent them multiple emails with reminders. But no one from Kesari Tour side responded and customer care just said "please wait our meeting is going on. And on 6th May some one from Kesari called me and updated that your tour is been cancelled. But if you want to go then you can book your own air tickets. This was 11th hour decision for me and i was not in a position to book ticket. When i asked on 3rd May then Kesari said wait and dont do anything, we are checking and updating you.
                  Now Its 15th May and daily i am sending email about my money to refund but there is no communication. I am demanding below
                  1. Booked air ticket invoice and its PNR number. Because i wanted to see if Kesari really booked air ticket on my behalf.
                  2. Apart From Air ticket Kesari is not talking about remaining balance and when i will receive that. They just publish one common 3 page disclaimer in that they are mentioning 50% deduction of amount.
                  We haven't received any service and they are not picking our phone and neither responding our emails. This is purely unethical and unprofessional business by Kesari tours.
                  I email to Kesari owner Mr. Shailesh patil ([protected]@kesari.in) but he also not responding. When call to Kesari customer care they dont have any info.
                  I am raising this complaint by hoping i will get some quick resolution because its a feeling like Cheated by Kesari. Need someone to help here.
