Kesco — electricity bill paid twice

I am Bhawna Shivani I paid electricity bill on 24 July of rs 3845 the payment was deducted twice I paid the bill from my debit card please refund my amount almost one month is going to be . please see to my problems.i also went to kesco but no one listened .I have told my bank also they are also trying so please try to find a solution to my problems as soon as possible because one month is almost going to pass
