Dear team, I'm mr. Sushil kumar gupta from 81/84, e-9, bombay wala hata, dhankutti, kanpur and my contact number is [protected]. Account number :[protected] Connection number:- 140783 This is to inform you that the light of my house is not coming from since afternoon and its still not fixed moreover when i have went your allo mandi office for the complain the person who is sitting their he has just taken my contact number and told me you just go i'm sending someone to fix your problem but no one came here yet. When i have called him ([protected]) again then he was talking very rudely and in a very bad manner. This is such an unprofessional way and unexpected behavior from the one of the respected name of india called kesa. This type of behavior hurts me a lot and i've faced such an extremely bad experience from kesa. This kind of behavior from the end of such an respected organization ruined of the image of not only kesa but also india too. I'm hoping that kesa will take the instantaneous step against this and will resolve my issue on high priority because we are facing lots of trouble since morning because of this. This is my humble request to the kesa team that kindly fix the light issue of my house by sending someone on as soon as possible so that we can spend our night under the light.
