I am a resident of kanpur and a user of electricity in kanpur, it's been like a week since the electricity in our area shyam nagar has taken away our sleeps as the voltage keeps fluctuating whole night so much that even the fans have stopped working, after continuous complaints also we are getting no perfect solution to our problem

Please look into the problem seriously

        As a consumer i have as per the instruction paid electricity bill of every month and their is no bill due however the authorities have given on the portal that we have 31, 500 due, which is completely ridiculous, its not possible, and even after complaining they did not respond and give us any clear idea as to why it is showing like this even when as a responsible citizen i have paid all the bills.
        Even after registering my number i get no messages and updates regarding the status of our electricity bill since its online now, hence its a request to look into the inefficiency of your employees and tell them to give us valid reason as to why this much wrong bill is being generated when we have paid all our bills.

          This is to bring in your kind notice that i had paid rs.1478/- for service connection number 35131700 on 9th dec 2019 consumer name sh. Sanjay kumar chaturvedi.

          But still amount rs.1492/- is outstanding for the mentioned connection number.

          I informed on kesco tollfree number about my problem over the phone and got the reply that rs.1478/- was deducted due to some technical error and the same amount will be refunded to you but still i have not received any refund in my account. Also they said that i have to pay again rs.1492/- so i paid this amount on 19th dec 2019.

          Please find the attachments of my paid amount.

          Please take up the matter and resolve as soon as as possible and do the needful at your end.

          This was my mail to kesco kanpur but neither i received any response from their side nor my money.

          Please take this matter on priority and resolve my issue.

            Dear team,

            This is to inform you that the light of my house is not coming from since afternoon and its still not fixed moreover when i have went your allo mandi office for the complain the person who is sitting their he has just taken my contact number and told me you just go i'm sending someone to fix your problem but no one came here yet. When i have called him ([protected]) again then he was talking very rudely and in a very bad manner. This is such an unprofessional way and unexpected behavior from the one of the respected name of india called kesa. This type of behavior hurts me a lot and i've faced such an extremely bad experience from kesa.
            This kind of behavior from the end of such an respected organization ruined of the image of not only kesa but also india too.
            I'm hoping that kesa will take the instantaneous step against this and will resolve my issue on high priority because we are facing lots of trouble since morning because of this.
            This is my humble request to the kesa team that kindly fix the light issue of my house by sending someone on as soon as possible so that we can spend our night under the light.
            I'll be thankful of the kesa if you fix the error on periorty.

              Hi team,

              I am writing this email to highlight that electric pole issue was reported about a month back to kesco department, but even after more than a month, no action has been taken yet.
              Request your immediate attention towards this, as pole might collapse any day and there would be lot of issues.

              Before sending the email even, my father had visited in person many times the kesco substation at hanspuram since 9th nov 2016, but to no avail.

                I want to complain about the continuous tripping of voltage continuously since 6 hours. Lineman connected the wire from the pole after that the voltage started tripping since then. It's the matter of Plot No.3 Sarai Compound Chamanganj Kanpur Nagar. Kindly take necessary action

                  Respected Sir,

                  We make to inform you that i live at juhi bamburahiya kanpur H.N.127/121 in rent.I have no any electric connection for a long time so i want to take new connection of electric,but the some amount of electric bills are pending in H.No-127/121 (include landlord & some people who lived in rent but present time they were not lived H-No 127/121) in which no any bills are pending of my names.

                  For this the KESCO officers did not allow to new electric connection.
                  with due to request i want to ask only that what can i do if i have no electric connection in my house ,In this condition there are two ways-
                  either i still live in dark or i theft electric, but I don't do this. I assured you that i will submit regulerly electric-bill.

                  So, we again request to you that please do the needfull at your end.
                  I highly obliged for your this kand attention.

                  I have applied for electricity connection on sept2009 at awas vikas
                  keshavpurm kesco office kalyanpur kanpur but still waiting for connection and supply of electricity in my house H.N. K-147

                  I am living in 95/95 parade kanpur from last 15 days regular low voltage supply & power cut problem is facing by cutomer there is no proper communication from power house behavioural issues is another aspect power cut and low voltage issue is only in parade cycle market yateem khana
