Kesco Kanpur — regarding the bill

As a consumer i have as per the instruction paid electricity bill of every month and their is no bill due however the authorities have given on the portal that we have 31, 500 due, which is completely ridiculous, its not possible, and even after complaining they did not respond and give us any clear idea as to why it is showing like this even when as a responsible citizen i have paid all the bills.
Even after registering my number i get no messages and updates regarding the status of our electricity bill since its online now, hence its a request to look into the inefficiency of your employees and tell them to give us valid reason as to why this much wrong bill is being generated when we have paid all our bills.
