Kesco — Unauthorized bill amount

Hello Sir / Madam,

I received the last electricity bill for march month as below.

Bill date: 15-Mar-2021
Bill Amount : 1258
Bill Units: 171

As usual, I had made the above payment online. So, no amount was pending.

The same bill date now updated on 8 April, 2021 with the new amount.

Bill date : 15-Mar-2021
New bill amount : 28268
New bill Units : 13238

This is completely unethical and wrong behavior. We are facing unnecessary trouble because of that.

I request senior officials of Kanpur KESCO to kindly intervene in to this and correct the glitch immediately.
