Very very poor service I have booked tickets from Hyderabad to Madurai on March 22, 2017, and the ticket got cancelled by KESINENI TRAVELS and they have not informed us also. Now for the past one month continually followup’s made thru mail and phone. Still my amount is not refunded, Very worst service, still I not aware when this amount will be credited ?
