I ordered a vape through instagram from Cervantes rave. It was delivered by xpressbees. I opened the product and instead of the vape i got a pack of cheap nailpolish. I paid 1199 by cod. If so many people got scammed by such an account in instagram why doesn't they take it down? More so, why is xpressbees delivering there products. Unless they're working together.

Hi i have booked 2 tickets on 24-march-2017 from mysure to hyderabad. I have cancelled them beacause of personal reasons, but i did not get my refund amount after cancellation. Please settle my amount asap as it has become very late. I have been trying to contact kesineni from long time but i did not receive any response. Please look into this or provide me with the proper contact number of kesineni travels so that i can talk to them directly.

Booked for hyderabad - bangalore to travel on 30th mar 2017. However kesineni customer care called and informed that it is cancelled and will share the otp for cancellation 30th mar 2017. However till date otp was not sent and followed up n number of times and every time they were telling some stories and not refunding the money till date. Total money paid by me is 1800rs.

However Kesineni customer care called and informed that it is cancelled and will share the OTP for cancellation 31st Mar 2017. However till date OTP was not sent and followed up with them many times by mail and phone every time they were telling some stories and not refunding the money till date and informing that management is not available. Total money paid by me is 2112/-. So i need the refund money asap.

I booked a ticket on 27-March-2017 journey on 29-March-2017 from Salem to Hyderabad, they cancelled my ticket and still they not refunding my money.

Really worst service, I am checking with them for one month and common reason they saying it will credit in two days ...

I think two days is more than one month for them...

Please look into this as high priority and give back us money...

I have booked tickets from Hyderabad to Madurai on March 22, 2017, and the ticket got cancelled by KESINENI TRAVELS and they have not informed us also.
Now for the past one month continually followup’s made thru mail and phone. Still my amount is not refunded,

Issues are as given below.:

When I reached Kesineni travelles by 4.15PM to board the bus at Kesineni Travels office near Benz Circle, Vijayawada they said that the bus was cancelled and the information about the cancellation was given to abhibus.com on 30th Mar'17 itself.
When the bus cancellation information was given to abhibus.com, why abhibus.com took my money and sent ticket confirmation? Is abhibus.com wants to cheat customer's money?

As I had booked the ticket on 31st morning itself and got ticket confirmation, Kesineni Travels also must have known about my booking on 31st. Kesineni travels should have informed me about the bus cancellation at right time. Why Kesineni Travels not bothered about my booking and not informed me about the bus cancellation?

I haven't received any information about the cancellation of the bus service from neither abhibus.com or Kesineni Travels. Even my ticket amount was not refunded by abhibus.com.

I had booked this bus ticket to reach salem by 6AM on 1st Apr'17 to attend my very important family function.

I didn't have any alternative option after 4.30 PM on 31st to reach salem at early morning on 1st April.

If they would have informed either abhibus.com or Kesineni Travels before 4.30PM on 31st March about the cancellation, I had another alternative bus service on that day 4.30PM itself from Vijayawada.

I called both abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels customer support for somany times and was waiting at Kesineni Travels office itself till 7PM to get support from them. But no proper response from both of them. They are complaining about each others only. Not at all tried to help for alternative travel arrangements for me and not refunded my amount.

I couldn't find any train also at that time to reach salem in time to attend my family function. Finally I arranged a Cab and spent Rs.18500 to reach Salem.

Because of abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels I lost my money Rs.1166 which was paid to abhibus.com and Rs.18500 which was paid to the cab. I lost good relationships with my family members as I was not able attend the important function in time. My health was affected mentally. And they wasted my valuable time.

Both abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels should be punished for these kind of cheating and it should not happen to any other people.

*Both abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels should refund my ticket amount Rs.1166 and should pay Rs.18500 paid to the cab, should pay for wasting my valuable time, should pay for damaging my health mentally and should pay for damaging my family relationships.*

Excuse me sir actually i had reserved a ticket in kesineni travels to travel from kurnool to guntur my phn charging is about 2 die i asked the driver to switch on the charging sockets but he is not responding n again talking very rudely.So I please request you to ask the driver to switch on the charging sockets now its really very important to me so please try to do this...ThanQ bus PNR is KESN2236-VL108

Iam travelling to vijayawada in volvo multi axle with ticket id:tk4j65497486.in online i was promised that the bus will reach vijayawada by 9.50. But iam loosing hope that i will reach by that time. The bus is being driven to slow. If this much slow to be travelled by the private busses then i must have opt for the rtc. Rather than wasting high amount paying to private travels and not reaching to destination with in promised time. Kindly maintain the time which are promised online.

Hi i got a call from kesineni travels that they have cancelled the bus in my i am planning to travel on 23rd jan 2017 from hyderabad to pune from paradise at 10:20 pm. They said that they will refund my amount for which they will send the otp on 24th jan 2017 and mobikwik will refund full amount based on that otp. When i asked for a confirmation message for bus cancellation, they said they will send it to me in 30 mins but till now i have received any message from kesineni travels. I am trying to reach both kesineni travel and mobikwik since last 5 hours but no one is picking up the call. First of all I would like to thank for making my journey comfortable when i had travelled from hyderabad to coimbatore on 6/11/2016.

Coming to my problem:
I had forget my samsung galaxy j7 charger in the bus when got down at coimbatore. My seat number is 27 and bus number is KA01AC4336.

And I had opted to book ticket in your travels as I know Kesineni Travels for their safe journey and travel duration time. I booked kesineni ac bus from guntur to bangalore aug29 11:30pm mobile number of the driver don't work they even dint call prior 10min.But they come to the pickup point point 10min before.No time sense while pickup and drop. My dropping point is madiwala and they dropped me at tin factory.They don't even supply water.Will u agree if i giv u 10₹less while buying a ticket from u. U guys taught a lesson will never book again.Remove the drop point madiwala silk board from the list online red bus website.Will never trust and book a seat from this idiot travels.I dono who will respond to this complaint.As a girl tho is really bad situation ever.

We have booked a kesineni service from ongole to bangalore 10th april, 2016. They haven't provided alternate service even-though bus was cancelled at the last moment. I then called up customer care and that was the worst customer care service i have ever experienced.

Now it has been a week, till now i haven't got the money credited to my account. Upon calling the irresponsive, taken-for-granted customer care of so called kesineni travels, they said, we will start the process.

Kesineni, i admit it is my mistake that i booked bus ticket from your service. I will not book bus again. Now that i have apologised, return my money back!!

I have travelled from Hyderabad to Mysore on 13 march 2016. My seat number is 47 (Last row window). The seat was very unfortable. there is no pushback option to that seat.
When i ask same thing to the driver. he said, we can't do anything . complain it to Kesineni. This is not the response we expect the response from you people.

I booked one ticket in Kesineni travels. In the 11th hour they have cancelled the bus& they informed that you will get OTP to cancel the ticket. From past 10 days I'm chasing with their customer care executives. Always they are telling Servers issue. Will get the OTP in next 2-24hrs. But as of now I haven't receive.

Customer care executives is not taking complaint & they are not transferring the call to their superiors. They are telling that they don't have any superiors to transfer. And they are not giving the money back.

I sent 3 mails to their management. No one has responded. In their site I sent feedback. Even though there is no response. If they don't want to respond I don't know why they are sharing the mail Id's & putting option to give feedback.

Seems this travels is running with this type of money only. I haven't seen such type of irresponsible management.
