Keveshop — Product not received

I have ordered shirts on 399Shopie.com on 14th August, 2020 and mailed so many times about the status but nothing is heard from your side and either not received the order. My order id is #2834. I paid Rs. 598 online.

I called yesterday on the given number on the facebook page i.e. [protected] and the person told me that my order has been cancelled and asked me to fill up the form to return back the money. He also send me few links to send me on the numbers [protected] and [protected] for returning of money. The form contains the column of pin of my account. I by mistake send my pin in the form. I completed all the formalities as he required. He assured to return back money by today.

Please help to return my money back.
