Hello Team,
I have been seeing post of online cloth merchant on social platform and therefore I brought some clothes from keveshop.com on 25th Feb. Since then I am following them and not getting any response, even their site support ([protected]@keveshop.com) and care ([protected]@keveshop.com) is not responding, removed their contact number as well.

Please help me and others from their fraud network and let me know if you need...

I have ordered shirts on 399Shopie.com on 14th August, 2020 and mailed so many times about the status but nothing is heard from your side and either not received the order. My order id is #2834. I paid Rs. 598 online.

It's been 30 days i've ordered 3 shirts on keveshop and not recieved the order yet!
They don't provide cash on delivery because they are fraud. We don't even have contact number!
Surprisingly the mail id given is also a fake one. Never ever believe such fraud. Am also going to lodge a complaint in police station!
Worst ever experiene, we are not fools!...

I order a shirt through this app and pay the amount through online but they did not deliver in due date and they did not not show my product exact location in their website. They didnot response my e-mails. Now i want my money back.

Having order no-15839 and made payment of rs 598/- online. I received mssge that i will get my pkg within 7-14 days. Nothing has been received till date. It seems to be fake website and getting money illegally from public. This is really disgusting that such website are flourishing in this era. Plz get my money back from these fraud people....

I placed orders worth rs.598/- through order number #11385 on 23rd feb, 2020. Till date i have not received the products. None of their e-mail ids are working and they have not even provided a phone no. On their website. Many online complaints have been made against them by various persons but they continue to work. I fail to understand why no action has been taken against them....

It was a fake website. They cheated me. I was done transaction through my debit card. Please help us in getting the issue resolved.

Keveshop is the most fraud website running. This is totally fake. I purchased 3 shirt from this and till date no order received. When i try to approach customer care they are fraud team for another scam using colon way on behalf of refund policy. Take a immediately action on such guys to avoid another mishappeing. When i said i will file a complain in court they immediately cut the call....

I have ordered for 3 shirts at kevshop online shop on 24th february with a confirmation it will be delivered within 14 days but still now not received. Hi, i ordered a shirt on 22 february 2020 worth ₹299 from keveshop.com and paid for the same online. Since then the website says it is shipped.

Under the 'order tracking' tab the website displays in big font as 'it typically takes 7-14 working days (Depending on locations)'

Also they have another website as 'www.shopnope.com' which does similar frauds.
I would urge everyone of you, whoever is reading...

I placed an order on 3rd March amounting Rs 598, since then I am not able to contact them, all of their mails are not working. Moreover, I saw thousands of complaints about them online. Still no action has been take.

Their payment gateway is promoted by Razorpay, file a complaint against them and take necessary action.

I have already submitted a complaint to Razorpay against them and hope they will blackist them...

I have already paid the money online but there is no any details of shipping and receiving my order. It is some kind of fraud and cheating. I lost my money by believing keveshop. I had attached my bill payments details with order number. There is some kind of malpractice is done. These were the online fraudulent activities please resolve my issue by refunding my amount paid...

The payment portal was provided by ccavenue which a very trusted service. That is the reason i was willing to pay.

So, i also was little let down as ccavenue did not make a proper background check even before approving that company.

This company is situated in kurla with no support but just mail that to robotic it seems.. On 25 th feb made a purchase of shoes worth 500/- but still no delivery and the date which i am posting this complaint is 6th march, they have policy of 7-14 days of goods delivery. Kindly check into this matter as many of the users are facing the same problem either insist them to deliver goods as specified or refund the money...

I have ordered some pair of shoes and shirts on 23rd Feb, it was a pre-payment, so I paid INR-5786 for my orders.

When i tried to follow up on my orders status, there is an same automated mailer coming, whatever the question may be, answer will be same, and there is only 1 response per mail ID, after that you will get no response.

I have placed an order worth1595 Rs. they sent me order confirmation details on my mail but still date they did not deliver my order .7 days have passed. When i was sent reminder mail for delivery getting auto reply mail your order was delivered to 7 to14.after ask for tracking number and it was can't reply.

Please take action against them and keep safe others from this fraud website. Also help me get back my money...
