Keydus Technology — don't follow their agreement

I am getting call from a lady to form filling work then i accept thier work and i am not complete thier work and they have messege me to 5800 to keydus technology account and my agreement with innospire services and if i failed then have to pay only 4800 hundred thier is no term described in to pay 5800 amount and no details given about keydus technology in agreement what can i do against them
