His past company address is

And now he shifted this rise infotec to new address
M-31 to 33, Corner Point, City Light Rd, Surat, Gujarat 395002
This is the new address of this rise infotec. He is the owner of all fraud form filling companies. But always he refuse to accept it. I have all proofs and evidences against him.
He harassed me personally also. He and his Advocate threatened me to kill me. And one more thing

(38 first floor, L H ROAD, KARWA CHAL, SURAT) के नाम से fake company बनाकर fraud कर रहा है जो कोई भी इस M.T TECHNOLOGIES नाम की fake company बताकर Fraudकर रहा है जो कोई भी इसके जाल में फंसा है जानकारी के लिये सम्पर्क करे, डरे नही, कोई भी इनको पैसा ना दें अब exposed हो चुकी है, जिस किसी को भी flarial enterprise से धमकी भरे कॉल्स, email मैसेज मिले है, उन सब को अब घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। ये flarial enterprise कंपनी का पूरा कच्छा चिट्ठा सारे सबूतों के साथ मेरे पास है कि इन्होने कितने scam, fraud, , किये हैं, ये सारे खेल का mastermind surat का मालिक नितीश खवानी rise infotech(1/98/a, Ground Floor, Golandaz Building, , Golandaz Street, Nanpura, , Machhiwar, Surat, Gujarat 395001), Sttalian intlectual, M-7 MONEY Arcade, Vesu, Surat-7 है जो पिछले कई सालों से ये cyber scam ka racket चला रहा है ये नकली fake company, fake advocate, fake lawyer, जाली stamp, फर्जी agreement, fake notice, fake case, के नाम पर जरूरतमंद, बेरोजगार, गरीब लोगों को पहले तो online data entry, form filling job, captcha filling job, home based job के नाम पर अपने जाल में फसाता है इसके बाद एक नकलीcompany( fake address, fake website, fake names) बनाता है फिर good, easy job, good salary, income का लालच देता है और एक helpline no. Available कराते है और कहते है koi problem हो तो call कर देना, फिर online applications के जरीये उनके signature, photo, current location ( gps tracking) ले लेता है और फिर एक नकली agreement(जिसमें कुछ conditionsहोती है like 90% accuracy, fix time period to complete work, per work payout, 4800 consolation charge, 4800 penalty if work not completed with following conditions, ) जो कि एक पुराने नकली stamp पर बनाता है, फिर online ही work provide करवाता है उसके बाद लोगो द्वारा करे काम की गलत रिपोर्ट देता है, कभी-कभी तो उनके द्वारा provide work ही बहुत गलत और पेचीदा होता है जो आसानी से होता ही नही है, या कभी तो इनके provided application bhi nahi chalte, और जब helpline पर या job provide करते वक्त आये no. पर call करने पर कोइ जवाब नहीं देते, और फिर जब given time period पूरा होते ही company के वकील बनकर mail, text massage, call के जरीये धमकीभरे notice send करते है, जिसमें कई सारे sections, IPC धारायें, acts लिखे होते हैं or ( penalty+ legal charge+ GST जोड़कर 7000-10000 का amount pay करने का लिखा होता है) और इनके जाल में फंस चुके लोगों को धमकी देना start करते है कि यदि pay नहीं किया तो आप पर कई सारे case कर देंगे, घर पर court का notice भेजेंगे, 50000 ka fine भरना होगा, इस तरह ये वकील legal department of company बनकर daily massage, call, mail करते है, फिर तब तक torture करते रहते है जब तक लोग डरकर या परेशान होकर पैसे ना दे दें, और कई बार तो ये दोबारा blackmail start कर देते है और बाद में कोई lawyer minhaz m. Patel (2203/2016) के नाम से notice/letter mail करते हैं यदि कोई इनकी शिकायत online complaint website पर करता है तो ये complaintहटाने की भी धमकीयां देते है कहते है company का नुकसान हो रहा आपके कारण | कुल मिलाकर ये लोग एक cyber fraud गिरोह चलाते है और इनका सरगना नितीश खवानी( rise infotech1/98/a, Ground Floor, Golandaz Building, , Golandaz Street, Nanpura, , Machhiwar, Surat) है, ये एक company पर ज्यादा complaint आने पर दुसरी company चालू कर देते है मैं इनका पुरा कच्चाचिठा यहां लिख रहा हूं मैंने उनके खिलाफ सारे सबूत पिछले 2--3 साल में इस nitish khawani द्वारा बनाई सभी fake companies के जाल में फन्से हुए हैं और जिन्होंने रुपए दे दिए, और जिन्होंने नहीं दिए हैं और जिनको भी इनके तरफ से धमकी भरे कॉल मिल रहे है ऐसे सारे लोग और भी कोई हो तो सीधा Police को FIR डालनेको बोलो. पर आपके पास जो भी fake agreement, इनके email, उनके मैसेज के screen shot मुझे सेंड कर दीजिए और इनकी तरफ से आयी धमकी भरे कॉल्स की रिकॉर्डिंग मुझे भेज दे। और कोई भी डरे नहीं। वे सभी सारे fake है, इनकी दूसरी कंपनी जो ये बंद कर चुके है और जिनको भी किसी और दूसरी कम्पनी जिन्होंने डाटा एंट्री जॉब्स, captcha फिलिंग जॉब्स, फॉर्म फिलिंग जॉब्स के नाम पर आपको ब्लैकमेल किया है तो वो भी मुझे अपनी समस्या मुझे बता सकते हैं। मेरे पास इस पूरे रैकेट की information है। इनकी fake companies के उनके नाम हे

और भी कई कंपनी है ये लोग एक कंपनी बंद हो जाने पर दूसरी शुरू कर देते हैं। इनकी वास्तविक location किसी rise infotech शॉप की बता रहा है, हो सकता है ये अपनी location बदल दे लेकिन अब ये सब identify हो चुका है। इसलिए मित्रों डरने की कोई बात नहीं है जिनको भी आज तक इन companies के नाम से ब्लैक मेल किया गया हो मुझसे संपर्क करे। इनकी वास्तविक location भी ट्रैक कर ली गई है, ये कोई कंप्यूटर सर्विस एंड repair एंड सेल का बिजनेस करते है। दुकान चलाते है साथ में बही से fake comapanies को ऑपरेट करते है। आपको मिले agreement का stamp भी नकली है इस लिए डरने घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है उनकी कॉल रिकॉर्ड करे, ये rise infotech नाम से सूरत में कोई निजी दुकान से ऑपरेट कर रहे हैं। आप लोग अपने नजदिकी police station, commissioner office, सूरत कमिश्नर ऑफिस, सूरत कंज्यूमर कोर्ट, मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ कॉरपोरेट अफेयर्स MCA के ऑफिस में शिकायत करा सकते हैं आप लोगों की पूरी मदद की जायेगी.
