I am varun jain from gwalior. On 1st june company given me form filling job in 10 days and they send me agreement. But my work has not completd on time so they were asking me 7500 rs and giving me threat by lawyer from surat hc then i just ignored all things then no call had come. But yesterday sunil patil called me and said that sds solutions has tranfered your to delhi arbitary now you will recieve a notice and then you have to pay 1 to 1.5 lakhs rupees as a penalty because you have not closed your file. I know this is fake because starting company name was keydus technology and now sds solution. And other thing is in agreement there is call recording but in this call recording my voice is not anywhere only keydus technology member voice were present so we can say its fake. But i am just little bit feared about delhi arbitary if it has done with any one please tell me. Was this information helpful? |
