Hello, i had ordered a Wednesday special chicken peri-peri strips bucket and a large popcorn. But I had only received the peri-peri strips when the delivery guy came. When i called the KFC Ullal branch about the missing item, they said they are sorry and will get me the missing item in around 30mins. But after 30 mins, I called them again for the missing item, they said they will deliver it in around 15 mins. After that they were not even picking my call after 9. And this is not the first time I had this type of experience with the KFC Ullal branch. Even the delivery guy said that they made him wait 20 mins for the order and they didn't even cross check the contents of the items when they gave the order items to the delivery guy. Last time, when I ordered from the KFC Ullal branch, they had given me someone else's order and I had to go to the KFC Ullal branch and get my order replaced. Please Refund my money for the missing item from yesterday's order. And please get back to me as soon as possible.
