KFCSC Hebbal Indane Gas Agency — no regular gas cylinder delivery in our respective area

Sir, Iam Robin rajan my father Rajan.c owns an indane gas connection from past 15 yrs from indane distributors yeshwanthpur the main office located in hebbal.. We are not even getting the regular cylinders which we are supposed to get on monthly basis, everybody are facing the same problem in our locality. We initially booked the cylinder on Jan 20 2015. Which has been cancelled without our knowledge and they have automatically booked it on Feb 9 2015 saying that booking will not be accepted within 26 days of our previous delivery..ok that is accepted because the previous delivery which we got was on jan 14 2015 but the invoice date is on[protected] for previous delivery.. We just enquired outside the office with other Customers near yeshwanthpur for half an hour and this is what we found Cx339425. Sushila. This customer has recieved the delivery message on 3/1/2015. But cylinder has not been delivered upto date I.E 24/02/2015 Cx3433243 Achal anand. This customer has recieved the message on[protected] but cylinder has not been delivered upto date i.e 24/02/2015 The same problem has been faced by every indane customer in yeshwanthpur customers this is the half an hour count in a day which iam sending. This is also an indane customer from yeshwanthpur indane distriutor this person is earning only 150 rs per day and spending 65 rs everyday on kerosene.. Shame on indane distributors.. This is just an half an hour survey between 12.30 to 1.00PM on 24/04/2015.. All the above customers which i have mentioned has got the delivery messages but not recieved the cylinders upto date.. No response how much ever we call to the hebbal main branch and yeshwanthpur sub branch..nobody recieves the call at all.. Please do the needful in solving our issue..
