Booked gas cylinder through 24 hour's IVRS facility. Received SMS as gas cylinder is delivered. But I haven't received any cylinder yet. This is happening repeatedly several times. faced similar complaints from this branch often....

Sir,
Iam Robin rajan my father Rajan.c owns an indane gas connection from past 15 yrs from indane distributors yeshwanthpur the main office located in hebbal..
We are not even getting the regular cylinders which we are supposed to get on monthly basis, everybody are facing the same problem in our locality.
We initially booked the cylinder on Jan 20 2015. Which has been cancelled without our knowledge and they have automatically booked...

I have taken Gs connection from Yr .KFCS GAS, God own complex, 1 st cross, Lingarajapuram, Bangalore-56008, till today I have taken only 4 cylinder gas, If i try from my mobile no.[protected] for gas booking, it is rejected, somebody has misused, please incorporate my above said mobile no. for gas booking, no other number should be taken into consideration, I would like to change near by Gas Agency what is the formalities, kindly...
