Kfj — jewellery chit cheating

Sir,
I have joined tension free gold 3years scheme. Amount rs. 72, 000 i have paid and went to shop for closing that chit. While calling through phone said collection will come soon like that. Thats why gone directly and pre ordered that jewel. Ordered set of 2 bangles. They took order in june 2019 and said month end will come. But still nothing happened. Manager convinced well and sent bond through mail also. I had put chit in their valasaravakkam branch. Shop is closed from january 2020. Don't know what to do... Hard earned money cheaters simply stolen. Help me to get my money back...
