I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience at KG Cinemas.
The behavior of the ticket checker and the manager towards women and couples was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. They spoke in an inappropriate manner and treated customers unfairly. I have video and photo evidence of what happened.
I request the management to investigate this incident immediately and take appropriate action against the staff involved. If no action is taken, I will be forced to file an official police complaint and submit all the evidence to the relevant authorities.
