Khaitan Electricals — Aroking Khaitan Marvel cooler not working

I had purchased khaitan marvel cooler 90ltr of rupees 7500/- from vijayvargia electronics Gandhi path west jaipur Rajasthan on 12/04/2022. Now from last week cooler fan is not working... Or jammed. I had register complaint with vijayvargia electronics... They are telling mechanic is on off ... Please look into this matter and do the need full asap
