I would like to bring to your notice that my mother (75 yrs) stays in Patna and got some problem in her Khaitan fan. As usual she thought to get it repaired by the company so she contacted Khaitan toll free number and Khaitan Technician of Patna center Premchand (cell : [protected]) attended this call.
He told us that the fan has some panel problem and can be repaired by spending 900-1000 Rs. We told him that it's too much as new fan costs Rs.[protected]. He told us that after repair you will not have any problem and will work as new.
He repaired the fan and told that he has done some additional work and need 500 more. My mother refused to pay more than 1000 so he took 1000 only. He demonstrated fan working to her and went back. I understand that if any good company do any work then there will be no discount/excuse. They will take full money how he settled the account ??
My mother tried to run the fan next day but it was not working. She contacted him but he did not come after promising many dates. I also talked to him continuously but he delayed it and finally visited 2 weeks back and told us that some motor problem is there. I can share the telephone call log if required.
I contacted Khaitan Toll free number again and they advised me to talk to Sonu, Service Incharge Patna (cell: ([protected]). I talked to him time and again but he did not send anyone to investigate this. We have sent lot of What's App communication also to Premchand and Sonu but they are not responding.
