I purchased the khaitan fan on 9 july 2018 and somehow fan stopped working. It was in 2 years warranty, i market complaint service department. It has been 8 days, i marked second complaint. The representative called me and said that he is there for service, somehow i was not at home. I requested him to come next day and call before 1 hour atleast. He asked me to come to service center to get it done.
