Khaitan Electricals — Exhaust Fan not working since 1 Month

Exhaust fan got faulty within 1 month of purchase.
Tried to Register complaint in customer care but not getting any firm response. Complaint registered on 14th Oct 2020 but till date no one has visited not even called.
Absolutely pathetic service
No escalation matrix no phone numbers nothing!!
Absolutely pathetic service.
