Sub : pedestal mist fan 16” purchased – defective – no service provided after warranty period.
Ref : complaint registered with customer care vide no : 557280 dtd. 20/04/2017.

With reference to the above i registered my complaint via toll free no: ([protected]) regarding defective pedestal mist fan 16” (Sw 1fisty) and reminded two times (28/04/20117 & 04/05/2017). I was informed that concerned person would be deputed to my residence. But till now nobody attended to the defect despite my repeated reminders.

I hope at least on receiving this letter you would depute service person immediately and rectify the defect as i need it due to peak summer.
