Khareedo India — broken my car windscreen glass

Dear khareedo india

I have taken a service for dry cleaning 10 days before. There was two person came for car drycleaning. I left the vehicle as they told it will take 2 hours for cleaning. After i came back the car was ready and i parked my vehicle. Then i saw a big crack on my car windscreen glass. I called the person who came for service. They said we were only doing cleaning and we are not aware of it.

Request you to plz get it repaired asap. Or else i make a police complaint about this damage they have done. This needs to be addressed within 24 hours.

It was really the worst experience for me with khareedo india.
