I Ordered sports equipment from Khelmart, and I was highly disappointed with the quality. The items were subper and not worth the price. The cusotomer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and did not resolve my issue satisfactorily....

Even after money was taken out of my account, I received the notification below. When I called customer service, they informed me that my products would be shipped on January 5 to 8, 2023, However I unable to check the status on the website, khelmart.com....

Khelmart.com — Yonex Astrox 27i Badminton Racquet

I have ordered (Order number[protected] the racquet from Khelmart and received the courier on Jul 6th. When I was opened on Jul13 and played for some time, I see there bat is slightly broken already and immediately I dropped mail to Khelmart with bat pics.

Today I'm calling their customer care as well as from the sales team number where they taken my order, But nobody is replying at all.

Kindly help me to...
