I have ordered (Order number[protected] the racquet from Khelmart and received the courier on Jul 6th. When I was opened on Jul13 and played for some time, I see there bat is slightly broken already and immediately I dropped mail to Khelmart with bat pics.

Today I'm calling their customer care as well as from the sales team number where they taken my order, But nobody is replying at all.

I trusted khelmart but they cheated me. I had purchased a cricket bat worth around 14000 rs. model of the bat bring SS Ton Retro Maxpower From khelmart. Before buying I had asserted that I will need the bat to be less than 1160 grams and khelmart showed me the required bat to be weighing 1152 grams only and only after knowing that I had placed the order. I ordered a dsc condor winger English Willow bat from this website which was priced around 3500 and added a option of oiling and knocking which they charge 500 extra for which total makes it 4000. My order no : or_205985 i have ordered yonex 1 dg racquet for rs.2480/- on 25 jan 2018 and i had not received till 31 jan 2018 and moreover i went to the bluedart office and collected the item from them they did not delivery it to me. I bought the racquet home and when i opened it i saw that there is no racquet found in it.

It is also seen that only the 1dg racquet yonex cover and the polythene was there but no racquet found....

I received the item 8th january 2018, at the same day i got to change string.. But actually problem is racket shaft's damaged at the time of stringing. So i want return this product and give new piece.

I ordered a product 1 month back and after playing for 15 days it lost its sole... I am following up with the customer care care from 4th dec and today is 20th... What am i supposed to expect from. Khelmart now... And the customer service agent was rude on the last call i made and decided to go to formal social media complaint... I am a regular player and had purchased many products online but the khel mart experience...

This is a fraud site and when I made a purchase of sports items they send me lesser items and telling me that they have send complete items and you should not have accepted if you feel any shortage in number of items, without opening the packet how the customer will come to know the number of items with in the packet, I had lost money while dealing with Khelmart.com, Never purchase from KHELMART site, Customer care people are no responding...

I Ordered sports equipment from Khelmart, and I was highly disappointed with the quality. The items were subper and not worth the price. The cusotomer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and did not resolve my issue satisfactorily.

I have purchased a Badminton Racket and Badminton Shoes for a total of 9, 378.00 paid via Credit Card on May 20, 2023. After placing the order, I received the part order, Shoes delivered, and found they were not up to the mark. I returned them and wrote an email to cancel the complete order and do the refund. After that, I started receiving calls from their support team telling me that they would offer an additional 50% off with other free items and take the order. I said, I don't want to go forward with it and need the money back. I wrote them several emails and messaged them multiple times for a refund, but I didn't receive my money back. Kindly help.
