I deposited ₹20, 000 in Khelo24 app on 13 Jan 2026. Submitted KYC documents on Jan 21, 2026 (25+ days ago). Support keeps saying "backend verification under process". Withdrawal requests hold due to pending KYC.
Multiple support tickets raised - no resolution. Need immediate KYC approval and withdrawal processing.
