Khushi Fabrics — fraud website; wrong and cheap product sent | |||||
I am raghunath k. I had ordered a blue - grey layered georgette kurti - size - l on jan 04, 2018 (Order no - 11412) for rs. 834/-. I received it on 8th jan 2018. But on opening the package i discovered that the contents are not the one that i had ordered. I have received a cheap black colour dress material and an equally cheap black colour saree. I tried calling the number given on the website... But its of no use. No one responds. I have emailed the matter to them twice but still no action taken nor have i received any communication from the company regarding replacement or refund. Its a fraud company and i am sure the contact details on the website is also fraud. If no action is taken soon, i am planning to lodge a police complaint against this company as i see there are many like me who have been cheated. And not a single complaint has been resolved by them. I have ordered a Saree online through Khushi Fabrics and I paid 900 for the same. What I received was a piece of black cloth . No way to reach to them for return or raise any complaint.
After that I saw many reviews with same complaint. It is sure that it is fraud company and need immediate action to get it removed from internet.
