Subject: Prolonged Negligence and Poor Service for My Kia Sonet 2022
Complaint Details:
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Kia India and its authorized service center, Dhingra Motors, Sector 34. My vehicle, a Kia Sonet 2022 (Registration No. HR 16AA 2708), has been at the service center since 14th August 2022, and despite repeated follow-ups, the repair work has not been completed.
The car was damaged due to water logging during the rainy season, and the repair is covered under insurance. However, it has been over four months, and there has been no meaningful progress. The delay and negligence from both the service center and Kia customer support have caused me immense financial and mental stress.
Key Issues:
Unacceptable Delay: My car has been lying idle for over four months without any clear timeline for repairs.
Lack of Accountability: Both the service center and Kia customer support have failed to provide updates or resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups.
Financial Loss: I have been paying monthly EMIs for the car while being unable to use it, which is unfair and burdensome.
Risk of Further Damage: Due to the delay, my car is now at risk of rusting and further deterioration.
Attempts to Resolve:
I have contacted Kia customer support and followed up with Dhingra Motors multiple times, but no action has been taken to address my concerns. Their lack o[censored]rgency and accountability is completely unacceptable.
Relief Sought:
Immediate repair and return of my vehicle in good condition.
Compensation for the financial burden of paying EMIs without using the car.
A formal apology from Kia India and Dhingra Motors for the negligence and poor service.
