KIA SELTOS IMT VEHICLE GEAR SHIFTING ISSUE DURING DRIVE.
I have bought this brand new car Just three month only.
It was noticed from first month itself that the car having gear shift Issue and the Information Passed at the time of first service but not resolved, following to that I have officially raised this complaint by mail for record.
Almost they have done three time service but still the problem...

I have booked KIA Sonet HTK+ Grey Colour from Shreenath Kia (Kia India) Adajan Surat Gujarat (Authorized dealer of Kia India) after paying Rs 25000 down payment dated 23.07.2021. I was informed waiting period of 19 weeks in writing. However today even after completion of close to 30 weeks i have yet not received my booked car. I have been informed in writing by Kia Company after 28 weeks of booking that i will get my car around 25th March...

Subject: Prolonged Negligence and Poor Service for My Kia Sonet 2022
Complaint Details:
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Kia India and its authorized service center, Dhingra Motors, Sector 34. My vehicle, a Kia Sonet 2022 (Registration No. HR 16AA 2708), has been at the service center since 14th August 2022, and despite repeated follow-ups, the repair work has not been completed.
The car was damaged due to water logging during the rainy season, and the repair is covered under insurance. However, it has been over four months, and there has been no meaningful progress. The delay and negligence from both the service center and Kia customer support have caused me immense financial and mental stress.
Key Issues:
Unacceptable Delay: My car has been lying idle for over four months without any clear timeline for repairs.
Lack of Accountability: Both the service center and Kia customer support have failed to provide updates or resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups.
Financial Loss: I have been paying monthly EMIs for the car while being unable to use it, which is unfair and burdensome.
Risk of Further Damage: Due to the delay, my car is now at risk of rusting and further deterioration.
Attempts to Resolve:
I have contacted Kia customer support and followed up with Dhingra Motors multiple times, but no action has been taken to address my concerns. Their lack o[censored]rgency and accountability is completely unacceptable.
Relief Sought:
Immediate repair and return of my vehicle in good condition.
Compensation for the financial burden of paying EMIs without using the car.
A formal apology from Kia India and Dhingra Motors for the negligence and poor service.
Attachments:
Service center receipt/acknowledgment.
Photographs of the vehicle (if applicable).
Any email or communication logs with Kia India and the service center.
I request Consumer Complaints India to intervene and help resolve this matter urgently. Such service levels from a reputed brand like Kia India are unacceptable, and I hope for swift action to address my grievance.

Faulty car delivered to me.

I am Rishikesh Talikhede. I purchased a kia sonet hkt + model on 22 feb 2022. vehicle from Aman Kia Motor Chinchwad Location pune. From the first day of my vehicel there are too many issues found in the car. for the vehicle issues. I am 10 times visited at aman kia motor for solve the problem but my vehicle problem not solve by aman kia motors.
the after that i was mail to kia india motor for resolve my vehicle issues but again kia india not supported to me. I have already mail to both company for resolve my problem but they didn't support me. Please look in to this issues.
know i am mentaly harassed by aman kia motor Chinchwad & kia india motors.

Kia Sonet HTK Plus IMT
Hello Sir,
A blunder happened from dealership team, When I went to pick up the car on March 10th at Thana showroom, they gave me a red colour vehicle despite my clear explanation to a salesperson when I made the reservation that I don't need a red vehicle.
Now they registered the red car and are forcing me to take a red car, which I don’t want. After a long wait and a lot of effort to get my car, this blunder happened. When we went to pick up the car, I was in a very embracing situation in front of my family. We waited for almost one and a half hours to find a solution, but nothing came up.
Despite paying the entire amount, we left the vehicle at the showroom itself as it was not our desired vehicle and walked out of the showroom in great disappointment. This is not a matter of just a car, it is the trust and faith a customer had on Kia, which was shattered.
Kindly help me out on this as I need dark grey car, please look into this matter urgently.
