Kia Motors — Delayed in delivery

Kindly refer my Complaint No. 00350824 Dated 22 Oct and Customer ID. C[protected] and Booking No. B[protected], in the name of my brother Dr.Gaurav Sharma through an authorised agency in Bengaluru (NAARA KIA). At the time of booking, the delivery period mentioned in the letter was 22-23 weeks, however the sales executive assured me that the vehicle will be delivered well before the estimated delivery date (within 12-16 weeks). I would like to bring it to your notice that I had booked this vehicle so as to get it on the occasion of Dhanteras/ Diwali which is a special occasion in our family and some emotions are also attached with it. We in Defence believe in sincerity and punctuality and we expect the same from everyone. I had told my family members including my kids that the vehicle will be delivered in time and they were very excited to receive the vehicle. But despite our repeated reminders and all concerted efforts, the vehicle has not been delivered till date which is causing embarrassment for me. I was in the impression that the company will remain true to its words but they proved me wrong. The undue delay is causing worrisome for my family members also. More importantly, I had selected this vehicle due to its good reputation in the market and performance. I am extremely sorry to mention that before purchasing, I am facing this type of problems then after purchase what kind of service will be provided later. In view of the aforesaid, Once again it is requested that kindly initiate the necessary action against the Sales Person/Team that why they have wrongly committed about the same. And also make the necessary arrangements to get it delivered immediately.

Note : Since 23 Oct 22, Only I am getting the replies from NAARA KIA Motors that Vehicle is in Allocation -So that's Your part but Why they have wrongly committed about 12-16 Weeks ???
