Engine complaint of car

I had to express my uttmost disgraceful towards kia .The car which i bouht from pressan kia coimbatore vehicle no tn99x7239 even a year is not completed .But the engine iproblem came now they saying engine parts will be replaced and its been a 15 dys almost till now am not getting a proper answer from pressana kia coimbatore .I personally suggest that if anyone willing to gor kia seltos think a lot and take a wise decession before purchasing the kia seltos .The engine complaint comes soon i had suffered a lot .We earn money by hard work investing in vehicle which is reputed company is good .Evnthogh this complaint occured after a 10 days service from the pressana kia coimbatore .Yhe numbering of selling cars increased because no one knows what complaint yet to come .So its my humbe suggestion that going for seltos is not a best option .The engine complaint we cannot compromise

"I want to express my utmost disappointment with the Kia dealership in Kottayam. My recent purchase of a Kia Seltos has been nothing short of a nightmare. After just 2, 000km of driving, the tires became bulged, which is completely unacceptable.
My interactions with the sales manager in Kottayam were equally disheartening. Their unhelpful attitude and apparent disinterest in addressing my concerns were a clear indication of the dealership's customer service standards. If a top-performing sales manager behaves this way, it raises serious questions about the dealership's overall culture.
What's even more frustrating is the lack o[censored]rgency and efficiency in resolving my issue. When I came to complain, I was made to wait for the entire day, with no resolution in sight.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Kia and its dealership. I expected far better service and professionalism from such a well-known brand. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for your dealership to seriously reconsider its services and behavior towards customers."

Back gear and clutch problem

I have kia sonet HTX disel UP78GX5086
From beginning back gear stuck seldom and clutch does not come back while this happen.I made this complaint at the time of 2nd service but not given any solution I have video of this problem and shown it to service center ASR KIA FAZAL GANJ KANPUR U.P. please give proper solution I am feeling very much harrased with the behavior of service center people.

Problem faced with IMT varient
Iam facing gear and accelerator pblm with my IMT seltos frm past 2onths.contacted dealer workshop in Hassan few days back but didn't found any permanent solution.today got stuck in middle of mysore- bangalore highway with my family and my 5 month old baby..later it's towed to nearest PPS kia showroom in kengeri.bangalore...please come with proper permanent solution as it's a A1 safety concern or else ishd seek legal help for this... vehicle no KA 09 MG 2235..now in PPS KIA.KENGERI.BANGLORE

Faulty car delivered.
I bought the Kia Seltos GTX plus DCT on Aug 6th 2020 and after about 1.5 years the first issue came after the monsoon of brake vaccum pump failure for which I was charged with no warranty coverage. Then the steering column broke down which was covered under warranty but the car was out o[censored]se for a few days. Then again the battery showed some sign to which they said company rejected my claim because battery was from Feb 2020 and 2 years are over while I bought the car in Aug. Then the biggest issue for which they kept my car for more than 20 plus days which is the gearbox failed on 3rd Aug 2022 suddenly which was replaced in warranty. After replacing they are behaving in a way as if they have done a favor to me. Then after that on requesting for complimentary extended warranty as I have faced 4 different manufacturing defects I was told my car is older than 2 year so I am not eligible while my car was with the service centre since 3rd Aug 2022 which is before 2 years had ended.

I have booked Kia Carens at Kun Kia Ambattur but I have been forced to take vehicle insurance at kun kia dealership showroom located at Ambattur industrial estate, I surance is paid by the customer and not by kia or kun right? The price of insurance is expensive at show room and the dealership says that they have been directed by Kun to take insurance at the showrrom only or else the customer cannot be buy Kia product. Please look into this matter and do the needful as the vehicle will be delivered tomorrow and I will be paying more on insurance where the dealership takes a heck a lot of commission in Kia’s name.

A Victim of false promises...BEWARE!!
I had booked Kia Sonnet 7DCT with SVM KIA Ekadduthangal on 20th Jan 2022. Booking ID - B[protected], Customer ID - C[protected].
[Also please note, the initial booking was for IMT model which was later changed to 7DCT with assurance from Kia team that the booking date will remain the same]
The waiting period mentioned in the booking docket was - 28 to 29 weeks but the customer representative / consultant mentioned that it wouldn't take so much weeks and we can expect the car in 3 to 4 months time.
It has been a completion of whole 6 months now and we have not got any transparent or honest update on the Car delivery date yet.
None from the company calls us even for a courtesy update.
During all the follow up calls, this is the exact same pattern - they provide a date by when they expect the delivery schedule of the cars.
When we call on that date, another date is provided.
Unfortunately, it was only after repeated cycles we understood that it was just a trap to keep us on hold without losing to the competitors.
The experience shared here is purely for readers of this comment to be beware of such incidents and I have no hope for necessary actions at Kia end based on the poor experience we have gone through so far.

I think whole kia network has templates. All this is happening with me also now I'm thinking of buying old car. I'm fed-up with there nonsense repLIES.
The same case with me, I have booked carens 7dct, & they promised by 3-4 months till now no response also no proper response from them. Always they say we r trying. IBeware of such manufacturers. KIA is a good brand out of India here people are destroying it. They keep the booking amount until we cancel it, in this way they are doing business

Non delivery of car after 5 months

We had booked Kia Seltos HTK +IMT 1.5 L Petrol model with Punchy Orange Colour on 28th January 2022 from Central Kia, Pahala, Bhubaneswar Odisha.We were informed waiting period is around 18-19 weeks i.e till June 25, 2022. Neither the dealer or the KIA India customer Relations is able to inform us the tentative date of delivery. Emails to the company officials and dealer goes unanswered.Complaints to the KIA India gets automatically closed without any resolution. Dealer is also not aware about the status of the vehicle. We were informed yesterday only that the vehicle which we have booked is has been discontinued from April 2022. Dealer or the company officials didnot bothered to inform us about the same though we are regularly following with them. It shows the careless attitude and very poor customer relationship KIA is building. Very disappointed.

I have booked tha Kia seltoz HTX + on dated 19/3/2022 in the name of Sandeep Singh, now today I received a call frm ur ambala show room to take the delivery o[censored]r car, after that we reached the show room then ur GM says it's specially for u but I have some conditions u must take the extent warranty nd assesry, before booking ur employee Mr neeraj said it's ur choice now ur employees blackmailing the customers regarding the delivery / nd siad it's time of monopoly sir, after listening all words we r shocked the employees play with a company name

The Sales Person 'Jitendra Kumar([protected])' promised the maximum one month the booking date, for delivery of the vehicle.
I have been in touch with the dealer’s salesman Jitendra , meaning I have been calling the dealer for the update, since January to get the delivery date of my car.
He informed me that I may get the delivery in January or the first week of Feb.
Also asked us to contact him after Jan to know the delivery date.
I keep contacting him till now to deliver car asap. Now the tentative waiting period of the car is also over but I am still waiting for good news of my new car.
Given the above history I lost the trust of the dealer.
Keeping down all the pressure caused to me by the humiliated responses from the dealer and the frustration they caused, I have been trying to wait for the good news of my vehicle delivery.
I sincerely ask for your help in getting my vehicle delivered ASAP and provide me the true status of my order.
Please let me know in case of any further information from me.
Keeping all my faith in Kia consumer to resolve my concern in all healthy environment.

My engine blew while still under warranty and Kia Canada is doing everything they can to avoid fixing it. I’ve been without a car for 4 weeks and they often will go days without contacting me or the dealership to get the situation dealt with.

Due to lack of time or my leave was completed on 20 march 2022 i cancelled my booking . After cancellation they didn’t refund my money back . After one month they didn’t refund me. Air bags doesn't deployed in major accident
I am owning KIA SELTOS HTK PLUS Diesel since JUNE 2021. was driving back to Ahmedabad from Morbi. on the Way was met in Accident with tractor and Mahindra Utility. Accident Pattern was Sandwich. in my case my car was about to hit Tractor thanks to the brake we have saved our self at first place but guy who was driving Mahindra Utilities Behind me Couldn't control his vehicle and hit very brutally to my Seltos on tail gate. impact was that much big we've hit our car on front with tractor and in back with Mahindra utlility though Air bag was not deployed. was wondering incase someone would want to buy please think twice about your own safety.

Continuous issue regarding newly bought kia sonet.
I don't understand what is this company serving us. I am continuously facing issues with my recently bought kia sonet.it hasn't even satisfied me with one perfect ride and it has gone to company thrice. From day 1 it is having problem with the key fob that hasn't been resolved yet. Everytime I want to use it comes up with another issue. Now it's gear is also not working.
I haven't bought it for free. I have payed my hardearned money for this. The company has to answer for this, as a consumer I don't expect this kind of service after a huge sum for this car.

I booked Kia Sonet HTX DCT Aurora black on 1 AUG 2021. Showroom name is Aman Motors Kia showroom Pimpri chinchawad Pune.
Showroom Guys lied with me about waiting period. They said it is 4-5 months. But when I checked with Kia customer Care, they suggested me it was only 3 months from booking date. I have recorded call with customer care. And when I complaint about same to Aman motors GM. He was very Irresponsible person He said it is ok if I cancel the booking after three months too.
I canceled my booking. I faced worst experience ever with any Car Company. I tweeted, I emailed Kia india. But no use your company has extremely poor customer service team. This is very ridiculous. I think Kia is just a short time bubble in Indian market. If you don’t improvise you will burst.

Seltos service issue
I am experiencing bad service from kia. i brought seltos on 13 august2021. one of the key not working after one week of delivery of my vehicle. till one month i am waiting to replace the key. they said no spare parts with them. i disappointed with kai service

As above mentioned subject, i was purchased KIA SONET HTX D1.5 6MT, BLACK COLOUR from SURAT MOTORCARS LLP, SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA owner name is Mr. Ravikumar R. Parmar & mobile No. [protected] for your reference. New Car was purchased nearby dated 09/06/2021. Car till date approximate 4800 km run. I was leaving my house for service during my driving 02/09/2021, a car suddenly stopped between the national highway of Bharuch which is 45 km from Baroda. I was confused what to do?, but after that I arranged towing SONET HTX D1.5 6MT with help of roadside assistance & reached at GOPINATHJI KIA, ATLANDRA SHOWROOM, VADODARA.
After that, the showroom manager & assistants check the problems but are not able to get problem solutions. Engine start but the car can’t run. Also the engine voice was the same as like tracker engine started. It’s not complete 3 month of purchased new car of KIA SONET HTX D1.5 6MT, BLACK COLOUR so we are not assure what will happen in future with this same car.
We are from a middle class family so, on that basis we take the decision that we don’t want this same car. We are return back to you and also refund the full amount which was paid by us to the showroom as soon as possible.

I have bought kia sonet htx imt turbo 1.0 3 months ago company claimed the average of 18km/L . And I am getting average of 7-8 km/L I want solution of this problem immediately because as 1.5 months I called in the company regarding this problem the company person are saying now that sir it is a turbo engine you will get only this much average.i am very dissatisfied with the average.

Fraud/defective/used car sold.
Kia SHowroom, Wazirpur, are cheating and making fraud with people. they are selling used/demo/display car. there are several defects in the car, there is no commitment, and no complaint resolve mechanism.
it is our biggest mistake to buy Kia brand car... or the people in Wazirpur branch people are at fault.

Kia Simha motors waste show room in Vijayawada, , , have no service in operations...in there employees have cheap mentality and no discipline, , , customer first paid to 100000 advance in Simha motors in Vijayawada, , , but loan sanctioned on another name...but your employees don't change that name on advance Letter so it is very complecated and customer Have suffering car delivery problem...on advance Letter your show room seal and sign mandatory but that not provided your kia show room in Vijayawada Simha motors

no money received for sale of old car.

We had booked kia seltos on 10th jan. Till march 22 nd there was no sign of the new car. But the company whisked away my old car around 20 march.. Because of lockdown conditions i requested the company to return my old car for some time. All through the car was parked outside kia mg road gurgaon. They refused to help me out. After one month when i called again, they told me that the car is sold out. (Which is still parked outside kia office).
After observing their insensitive and cunning behaviour we cancelled the booking for the new car... So far we have not received any sale money of the old car. It has become very difficult for the company to send us 1.5 lac. There is no response except a false promise that the funds will be remitted soon. There is absolutely no inclination of the company to pay or return my car which is still with them. Pl look into the matter at the earliest.
