Hi Team,
My car met an accident on few days ago. I gave it to jsp kia showroom singasandra for repair.
The car was left unattended for 20 days and due to rain water had flown into car.
21st day the service advisor calls me saying it costs 3 lakhs and will be claimed under insurance.
After a month, I visited the service center again, now agent says it costs 5.88 lakhs and 5 lakhs will be claimed under insurance and I have to pay 88 Thousand rupees+parking charges 750 per day.
Or he said my car goes to total loss and gives me Idv value of my car price and with the deductions and parking charges.
My car has Zero depreciation policy and car purchase date is with one year.
The Issue here is, Service center had delayed the work and now demanding to pay parking charges and also deducting Car Total loss amount, which should not be the case as my car is not even one year old.
They are asking me to pay parking charges for 2 and half months and also they will deduct amount from Total Loss value of my car which is a clear sign on FRAUD activity by JSP KIA Singasandra.
This has become a Mental torture from this Service center.
Place I'm requesting the consumer forum team to take a strict action on this service center.
Not only me there many people faced this issue with this service center.
