Head mistress Rakhi Das is extremely impolite and rude. She treats the guardians just like her subordinates. She insults and blames us completely even if there is any fault of school. Recently they forgot to feed/check the kids all day as they were all busy with teacher's day celebrations. This kind of negligence has happened before as well. But they will never accept their mistake and will blame the guardians for everything. Teachers are good but head mistress is extremely arrogant.
Regarding Teacher's Day celebration, school directed us not to send any tiffin with the wards. The school staff were all busy with song, dance and selfies and did not care to feed the children with the tiffin present in their bags. After 2 hours of school they just gave the children a small lollypop. My wife tried to explain the issue repeatedly politely but the headmistress denied every allegation and behaved very rudely by pointing finger in front of all the staff. We also informed the matter to her husband Mr. Tarak Das who manages another Kidzee centre (Sonarpur). He also kept blaming us for all their negligence and did not take any responsibility of this mismanagement. On Teacher's Day, the kids of Sonarpur centre were fed properly as usual. But both Tarak Das and Rakhi Das kept saying that they cannot take care of all the students on celebration day. If any guardian has any problems they should not send their kids to school on that day.
