Kidzee School — Refund of amount

Dear Kidzee,

This is in regards to your branch located in Jammu and Kashmir ( Srinagar, Sanat Nagar). I took admission of my son on 12 December 2025, and informed the school that for next 3 months we will be out of India for my business purpose and will send my son to school by ending March or starting April, school branch acknowledged the same. My son didn't attended a day neither any school kit. As we all know the crisis and war like situation of middle East. My payments and inventory got stuck all there and I was unable to come back to India. I called the School authority for the same on 30th April, that we cannot proceed as we have to leave india permanently this year. They said we will refund the amount kindly wait for 1 week. I cooperated and said ok, after week I called them up and they said wait another 3 days, i cooperated once again. Called them after 3 days and they said kindly drop us a mail regarding the same, I did the same dropped and mail regarding the same. After a day I got an mail from their end stating that our owner is on pilgrimage to perform Hajj. I acknowledged and said from past 10 days you didn't said about it now after these days you are informing me this. They said authority is with the owner only to refund the amount. I requested them kindly don't make me wait for so long. Administration works, school runs, cabs runs, salaries are being paid then why are you people not refunding my amount.They said wait another 2 days we will give you solution, I respected and waited and after 2 days they approached the same way, they said wait another week I respected and waited for the same. After this time as well they said wait till the owner comes and after all this when I was requesting for the same, they started shouting at me I was requesting them don't shout at me but instead of saying sorry the Academic Head said my pitch is like this, I said earlier you had a soft pitch now why this kind of behaviour, she misbehaved with me. I would request to you people kindly refund the amount back that is 15000rs.
