Kidzee School — Refund of cancelled admission fees of Rs.10,000

I antara sarma got job in feb 2020, daughter is small so i kept her in creche of kidzee baghajatin since the stay duration was long i thought for the kidzee school too but the session will start from april 2020, so i thought until the session starts at her attend the school by paying monthly tuition fees a d in advance i paid rs.10, 000 for the new session 2020-21 and i was told that unless i paid the residual amount of rs.9000 the kit will not come. On march 16th 2020 my daughter stop staying in creche and stop attending school due to illness and lockdown started from 23rd march 2020 and in between they was not in touch with us. On april 2020 they started sharing worksheets in whatsapp on 8th april 2020 i informed them that job lost and so my daughter will not stay in creche and nor attend the school for the new session, please tell me what to do since i will not be able to pay the residual amount, but they didn't replied and when called to talk to shweta madam of that franchisee i was told by some one that she received my application a and talk after school opens. After that they stop sharing worksheets and after 2 1/2 months later shweta madam ji called me up and saying to collect the kit by paying the residue amount. I told her i will not be able to pay pleased return the admission fees but she said no it cannot be done, i told her why didn't u said all this when i written u application since there is no school who does not return the cancelled admission fees if i cannot pay that's mean my 10, 000 amount will go in water, she told me to mail her but no response since 1 week i called but she is not taking calls and cutting my phone calls
It is my humble request please make an arrangement to refund me my cancelled admission fees of rs.10, 000 please help me out i am not getting any response from their side please
