Kindercart.com — order cancelled, payment not refunded beans more than a month now

Hi,

I order some products on Kindercart.com which was in stock while placing the order. Order Nbr :[protected]

However, It was not delivered even after estimated delivery date. I wrote an email to them complaining about the same and they replied saying "the orderered product is out of stock and my money will be refunded within 5-6 business days".

It has been months now they have not returned any money, also they have stopped replying to email. Their Customer care number is never reachable.

Please take some action against them, as they are cheating people.
