Hi,

I order some products on Kindercart.com which was in stock while placing the order. Order Nbr :[protected]

However, It was not delivered even after estimated delivery date. I wrote an email to them complaining about the same and they replied saying "the orderered product is out of stock and my money will be refunded within 5-6 business days".

It has been months now they have not returned any...

I have ordered Cosmos Hayabusa Tricycle from WWW.KINDERCART.COM and have paid in 100% advance. After that I did not get any sms or email of conformation of order and payment. I have given my payment through my husband's netbanking. I was trying to call them more than 50 times on[protected] this number is on auto mode and transferring to executive but on one is there to pick the phone up. On 17 Jan 2016, I purchased Himalaya Baby Exclusive Combo 3 from kindercart.com website. The order ID is[protected]. It was shipped through www.bookmypacket.com. The tracking ID is 95767875.
This product has not been delivered to me yet. But on kindercart website and on www.bookmypacket.com it shows delivered on 22 Jan 2016.
