Kingfisher Airlines — No refund made for cancelled flight

I made reservation (Online) via kingfisher site one way from delhi to bangalore on date 18th sept 2012 for the journey on 30th nov 2012. The total amount deducted by online portal was inr 3, 631 and it has been acknowledged by an email. However, the flight was cancelled and i had been informed via an email with below message:

"dear guest,
Flight it 201 del blr is cancelled. For real time flight status updates and schedule timings, log on to www.flykingfisher.com
Regards,
Kingfisher airlines"

After multiple attempts to reach them, i had been promised to get the refund however they never turned back to me. None of the contact numbers work and the their weblink has disappeared.

I need help in getting my money back. I have furnished the ticket details and my contact details below. Kindly help.
