Kinkin.in — No response and not received refund after they cancelled the order

I have placed an order[Order #42218] for birthday cake on 23 JUNE 2024 from https://kinkin.in and made an online payment of Rs629/- . I have received emails from them with payment and order details. Thereafter, the same day I received an email, that they cancelled that order and mentioned that the refund may be in 7 working days. I have been sending multiple emails to know the refund status but didn't receive any response yet.
