Made payment online for gift delivery.They asked additional payment for delivery and paid that too. In the website it was clearly mentioned that they can deliver to our address.But as I enquired they replied order has been cancelled. paid charges and additional charges and last moment they denied after all payments....

I ordered a cake on 25th Dec, 2023 and I got a email from prince.[protected]@kinkin.in - due to a shortage of service in your area we are unable to deliver your Order. Hence, the same has been cancelled. The refund request for your order has been updated. We will initiate the refund from our end within 5- 7 working days.

It has been a month and still I have not received a refund and he has not responded to the mail.

Website fake hai, maine 1049rs ka cake order kiya pr delivery nhi diya mujhe, aur naa hi refund diya....

I had placed a cake order on 24th Nov and made online payment of 1000/- . The delivery date was 25th Nov 9-12am. The cake was not delivered and there was no intimation from their side. After sending multiple emails, I got a email saying the order is cancelled since they have delivery partners in that location and they have changed the order status to 'refund requested'. My order id is 18866. I placed my order on 27th nov and it was supposed to be delivered on 28th nov by 9am-12pm. It’s almost night and my order hasnt been delivered yet. Such a scam. What am i supposed to do now....

I have ordered a cake on 11th july 2023 ..order number 16728 . and i paid rs 799 . at night kinkin guys send mail that the order has been cancelled without any reason .i mailed for the refund asap.i tried to contact kinkin and one prince kumar, who mailed me regarding the refund, a ton of times..but they guys never replied.please never order from kinkin for godsake.these frauders should be placed behind the bars....
