Kiran — Fraud purchase

I was invested 2 lakh and i got kinnari anaya pendant and earing but when i went jwellery shop he sqid its only 10000 worth
What is this nonsense i will go with police complain if i will not get my refund i bave hard copy n sofg copy bill as well i will socialize qnet and kinnari with this fake budiness strategi
