[Resolved]  KIRAN INDANE SERVICE, Samastipur — Overcharged on Secutiry deposit

Dear Sir, We already been send below complaint on 15th September, 2014 to Mr Manish Grover Chief Manager (LPG - Strategies), Indian Oil Corporation Limited and also reminded him 09th october 2014 but no action has been seen still. I am a 64 year old Sr. Citizen with a few source of income. Unfortunately, two refill has been theft from my home while we was sleeping in the night on 18th Aug, So I approached to “KIRAN INDANE SERVICE, Samastipur’’ for issuance new refill for me. They asked a security deposit of 2300 * 2 = 4600 /- and admin charges of Rs 50/- . We haven't any other option to pay the said amount as its a mandatory requirement, so we paid them and get the receipt as prove to show you that how they cheating the customer by overcharging. So we have request to take necessary action against them. We has been attached here scanned copy of security deposit receipt and admin charges. Regards, Darogi Sah Consumer no 32316
