Kiran Motors — not proper answer and not give me original registration documents

Dear sir madam

I have purchase car in kiran motors ltd in 13/06/2019 at the delivery time my car interior is scratch and i speak to kiran motors excucative and he says this scratch is remove in first services but not remove til date and he says all registration documents are given in courier but not provide till date and my amc tax token not give me til date and keval bhai says i have give to you but not given me. He says i repeat documentation given xerox copy but till date not given origanal documentation not given.

Pls resolved my quary urgent basis
