First Eight Service given by Yamaha Kiran Motors Kelambakkam - Thiruporur Road, I have given my Bike for Service with List of Complaints, but they are not addressed all the issues and not even proper Feedback. on 6th Service i informed regarding (Engine Light Indication is showing on) I Informed them regarding this issue to the Concerned Show Room, now i am doing the 9th Service still they are Given Excuses regarding the issues.
After Lot of Follow Ups, they Didn't respond as Well.
Extremely not satisfied this show room, every time their delivery was delayed more than 4 Days.
After lot of Follow Ups, they confirmed Mechanic is not available. If mechanic is Not Available why they are taking the vehicle for Service.
Everyone Running for their own Commitments. It's Totally Ridiculous

My car was handed over to Kiran motor in july -23, for repair and services due to water drainage on flood, they have given me in September end in faulty condition bcus oil starting leakage after some days from downside of engine and gearbox still my car is in their premises and they are not able to solve my issue, , , please help me to solve this my car is still not okay need help, car GJ 01 HU 1208

I have given 23000 for suspension,
But till same problem observed.
No any improvement.

My experience with Kiran Motors was bad. When I want to exchange my new car, I accidentally landed again on NEXA of Kiran Motors. The executive was courteous during the test drive, I was hoping things were improved, however, the reality learnt today when the guy was sharing rude messages for following up and was shouting on the call. I thankful recorded the conversation and take a screenshot of one of his messages.

if before buying, they are doing this way then after buying, OMG! If you are a person who likes to be self-respected don't go to their place.
For the purpose of not ruining the career of the executive not revealing his name at the commonplace.

I m cancel my booking before 1 n half month bur neca kiran motor not refund every time sales manager says ur money credited in 2 day but now after two month i have not recive my money back

I have purchased car from kiran motors Ahmedabad Navrangpura branch. They are taking money of fast tag and auto card but they not provide yet . It is almost more than 7 months of delivery.I have done fast tag from outside from my own fund but they are not yet refund fast tag and auto card . I have follow up many times with delear but they not my money refund.
They also threatened at the time of delivery that if you not purchased more than 30000 rs accessories than delivery might be late and I convince and pay the extra accessories charges.
For all above details I am attached you my quotation for reference.
Maruti should not cheat their customer it will affect your reputation and image.
I will definitely mail this all modus operandi to your CEO in writing.

કિરણ મોટોસ માં થી ગાડી સર્વિસ ના કરો . કેમ કે કોઈ સારી સર્વિસ નથી થતી . એન્ડ કિરણ મોટર્સ અમદાવાદ માં કમ્પલન કરે તો એવો જવાબ આવે છે. સર્વિસ કરવી હોય તો કરવો નૈતો કિરણ મોટર જોડે આવી ફાલતુ વાત માટે time નથી. મારી તો નવા કસ્ટમર ને એવું કેવું છે કે તમે બીજી કોઈ કમ્પની ની ગાડી લઈ લો.. મારી જોડે વાત કરવી હોય તો મારો નંબર [protected] છે.

I had very pathetic & bad experience at service station of Kiran motors udhna workshop.

Yesterday I have my car serviced at same place and today morning I started getting trouble while driving the car. I also facing some serious issues like OIL leakage from filter which put my life at a risk.

I would rate this service as 0 rating and I would ask team to take necessary action against the person who did this service.

Due to tyre damage on highway if any one expired then who is responsible for that. Just 4300 km tyre on highway damage I will cheak air and 95 km far from my house and tyre is damage on highway then what is warranty means . Kiran motor S. G. Highway ahmedabad service head is told me that you go at where last service you done. But i think service record is available all maruti dealers and I will purchase my car from kiran motors.
Bridgestone company refuse my claim this is just tyre if some incident done due to tyre who is responsible for this. I will not purchase tyre . I will purchase car for safe journey . But in new car just run 4300 km tyre damage on highway then what about safety?

તમારા સર્વિસ સેન્ટર વડા ગ્રાહક covid ના નામે ઉલ્લું બની જાય છે. અને પૈસાની ચોરી કરે છે. જ્યારે સર્વિસ ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ આટલું ચિંતિત છે, તો એ સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ ફેસ માસ્ક નું કમ પાલન નથી કરતા.

હું તો કોઈ મારે જોડી ફિડબેક માગ્યે તો કવ કે, કસ્ટમર પૈસા ની ચોરી કરે છે. સાવ ફાલતુ સર્વીસ સેંટર છે.

તમે થોડી પણ કસ્ટમર ને ચિંતા હોય તો મારા પૈસા પાછા આપી દો.

Changing fog lights and scratch on headlight, fog lights not working.. car's wipers are not working..thay provide me pic up drop service with incomplete service.. please see my car photos...and help me to solve it.

I would like to purchase Etiga VXI - CNG model. I visited Kiran Motors, Vadodara for Enquiry on 11th January. I would like to buy on 8th February.
Officer has committed to me and given ensuring for delivery on 8th February based on commitment, I did book my car.
When I went on showroom, sales manager response was totally diplomatic. He said that still required 1.5 Month for delivery. I am sure my car is diverted to some other customers which is unfair because when I booked no any other person booked blue colour car. Yesterday when I visited, same model car was handed over to some one.
Request you to consider above matter and resolve soon.

I give my vehicle for service and wheel alignment they didn't alignment wheel and they told that they changed gasket fitter gas kit and oil but they don't done i told to service advisor all these things he rudely behave this service center and staff is worst
