Kirloskar Submersible Pump — kirloskar submersible pump-kosn 128 1hp 25*25

Respected Sir,

I purchased and installed one Kirloskar submersible pump-KOSN 128 1HP 25*25 from authorized dealer Kumar AND COMPANY, CHERUPLSSERI, Palakkad on 05/12/16, bill no:1545 on 5/12/16(Pump sl no: A7GKH000172) with a great belief on the quality of Kirloskar products… But the pump failed two times within two months after installation. Now the same is under service at authorized service centre its winding and bearings are damaged .poor quality of parts, as it is purposed to being in water, all its parts are rusting .its hanging hook, nuts and its parts are ruined within this one and half year

I request your kind attention on the poor quality product from a reputed company like Kirloskar..
