Kirloskar Submersible Pump Complaints & Reviews

I purchased Kiloskar 1hp submersible pumpset on 29/04/2017.
i know that the warranty period had been over, but i just want to know how did a body cracked ?
this is a brand name, Kiloskar .
but here the result after 4 years .
i have also submitted my pictures of bill and pump .

i had purchase the openwell submersable pump on 16/03/2021 from maheshwari engg and mil stores Ranigunj hyderabad -500 003 agasint teh bill no. 128. bearing a Sl.No. A214WM023843 of the Pump
as i had installed the pump on 21/03/2021 and operated on 22/03/2021. as for few seconds it run in good but when we switched off and again when switch on As we had noticed there is a a spark in the starter and pump is not working we had taken to the nearest service center they said that the pump internal wiring got damaged and even we noticed that the casing of the pump is too bad its broken as we don't the quality of the material or transit damaged.
Note:- we filled a half a bucket of water in pump before installing.

I purchased and installed one Kirloskar submersible pump-KOSN 128 1HP 25*25 from authorized dealer Kumar AND COMPANY, CHERUPLSSERI, Palakkad on 05/12/16, bill no:1545 on 5/12/16(Pump sl no: A7GKH000172) with a great belief on the quality of Kirloskar products… But the pump failed two times within two months after installation. Now the same is under service at authorized service centre its winding and bearings...

I purchased and installed one Kirloskar OPEN Well submersible pump-KOSN 128 1HP 25*25 from authorized dealer Kumar AND COMPANY, CHERUPLSSERI, Palakkad on 05/12/16, bill no:1545 on 5/12/16(Pump sl no: A7GKH000172) with a great belief on the quality of Kirloskar products… But the pump failed two times within two months after installation. Now the same is under service at authorized service center its winding and bearings are damaged .poor quality of parts, as it is purposed to being in water, all its parts are rusting .its hanging hook, nuts and its parts are ruined within this one and half year

I request your kind attention on the poor quality product from a reputed company like Kirloskar..

Hi team,

I recently bought 1hp aqua 100 with sr. No. G19ppl002546 on 05/05/2019. It's was installed at home same day and worked fine for 4-days. Unfortunately water pump is not working as per not pulling the water it just keeps noise when started but not functioning of pulling water.
Hence complaint was raised (May/1692811). I took day off and was waiting at home to get the problem solved. Also i called the authorized service center person to come home and check that machine but that person who just keep saying will reach in 1-hour, again i called, again same answer.. My whole day wasted i called them {patil enterprises - chembur-e}. No receiving calls i made last call at 7:15pm not answered and nobody came to check whats problem. Such a pathetic customer service i have encounter first time in my life. I called them 5 time in a day and i talked very politely i also have recording of every call i made as proof. But seriously service center sucks big time problem. I m not free 24*7 to stay at home for your technician to come and check. If so they should have said but they avoided their customer. Kirloskar company water pump are worst and more worst is the service. Thats my experience... Thanks. S. A. Rajput.

I am remya from ernakulam kerala india.
I would like to let you know that the submersible pump from korloskar is failed in 4 years.
The pump was set in 12/12/2013 and it is failed in 11/2017. And when i asked the service centre they informed me the warranty period is over. But according to the allied agency where we buy this product, they told at that time there will be warrenty for 5 years atleast. So now what we are supposed to do?

I purchased 1.5 hp kirloskar make borewell sub pump1 phase 2880 rpm ku4-321 ws model sr no. E5 buf 000071 for rs.17850/-from m/s krishna sales agency. Within the warranty the equipment failed which was reapired by m/s shobha enterprises (Service centre) pune. Again in july 2016 it failed to functioned and all the oil which was in the equipment got drained. I contacted the above service centre they replied that now the repair will cost to 8 to 9 thousand which will be paid and not free.

I purchased the equipment being a reputed brand and on believe but upset the poor and substandard quality of the equipment. Please dont make fool to the customer

Complaint pump model ks4c 2016, 1ph, e6tyb000013, purchased from dealer m/s. Maakaala, mysore wide invoice no. 3824/ 16.01.2016, after one month the motor stopped and it was repaired. Again after a month pump went out of order. After 5th month the pump stopped working. The authorized service personal informed that the motor burnt due to higher voltage. Our building having 20kv load and not even the t. V.., bulbs did not burn. The service person bulffed and rewinding was done. This was installed and after one hour the motor tripped and started trippinf for every one hour. This may be due to poor winding with a poor quality wire.
I sent a mail to bangalore office, service manager no body replied.

The pump should be replace as it is purchased in jan 2016 and 3 times went out of order and now it is tripping after one hour of repair. This is kirloskar pump

so far the kirloskar submersible pump seems to be ok as compared to other pumps. but i find one disadvantage is of the starter/control pannel .since its starter does not stop even after the supply is cut from the mains. and once we get the supply from the mains again then the pump star running.
