Kiteshop — ordered saree in attica but received from kite shop with bad product

I have ordered saree from eftica but received from kiteshop with bad quality.. I called to customer care service but that are asking for bank details like card number, expiries date of the card and asking for cvv number. Kite website isfraud campany they are sending courier with out any order to our address and making fool
Please punish them and need cash bach which have paid amount was 645
