Kiteshop — wrong supply of online product order

We had ordered online for pink colour gagra choli as advertised by them on facebook. Order no. 56289 has been delivered by awb no.[protected] today 18/02/2018 at 12:30 pm at our residence on cash on delivery of rs. 920/-. On opening the packet we found blue saree material instead of pink gagra choli (Unstitched blouse with gagra and chuni). We want this to be replaced or refund the money back.

Plzzzzzz...return your product bcoz its dress is not what i ordered..it is totaly different dress...i ordered for a kuthi and dit came as sari which is of very poor poor quality.

I have not ordered a saree but today on19.3.18., it was delivered to me in the afternoon...I want my refund of rs 535 as early as possibe. This is very surprising to me since I have not ordered anything from kiteshop but somehow this product reached my house and I had to. Pay rs 535 for it.please refund my money.
